I love to cook and I love to eat! I love talking and reading about food and I really love finding good new places to eat at and then telling all my friends about them!
I juggle a full time job and 4 small children together with my wife. Neither of us has too much time on our hands.
My aim is to:
Cook using fresh, seasonal (and hence inexpensive) ingredients,
to make food that is healthy, delicious and attractive
prepared using simple, non-labour intensive techniques and instruments
with forgiving and unintimidating recipes that anyone will be able to follow
with as little added junk as possible
If it ain’t simple – I simply won’t make it!
